Effective Date: October 17, 2026
Welcome to TW Empireline Logistics. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://twempireline.com, and general inquiries regarding our trucking dispatch services.
By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms. Actual dispatch services are subject to a separate written Service Agreement between TW Empireline Logistics and the motor carrier.
1. About Our Company
TW Empireline Logistics provides independent truck dispatch and administrative support services for authorized motor carriers, including owner-operators and small fleets in the United States.
Our services are designed to assist carriers with freight opportunities, load coordination, rate negotiations, and administrative paperwork.
We are a dispatch service only, not a freight broker or motor carrier. We do not undertake responsibility for transporting freight.
Services are provided only within the scope permitted by applicable laws and the carrier’s written authorization.
2. Our Services
Depending on the service arrangement, we may provide:
- Load searching and rate negotiation
- Dedicated lane opportunities
- Freight coordination through authorized freight brokers
- Rate confirmation and invoicing assistance
- Detention documentation support
- Dispatch coordination and communication
- 24/7 dispatch assistance, subject to agreed service arrangements
- No forced dispatch
Any direct shipper services must be separately reviewed for compliance with applicable freight brokerage regulations.
3. Dispatch Pricing
Our advertised dispatch fees are:
Semi Trucks: 6%
Box Trucks: 8%
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, these percentages represent the advertised dispatch fees rather than a final calculation of amounts payable.
The signed Service Agreement will establish the applicable fee calculation method, payment schedule, and treatment of additional freight charges.
No additional charges will apply unless they are disclosed and agreed upon by the carrier.
4. No Forced Dispatch
TW Empireline Logistics follows a no forced dispatch approach.
Motor carriers retain authority to accept or reject available load opportunities based on their equipment, operating preferences, pricing requirements, and business decisions.
We do not guarantee that any particular load, route, or freight opportunity will be available.
5. Revenue and Earnings Disclaimer
Any weekly gross revenue amounts displayed on our website are illustrative potential figures only.
For example:
- Semi Trucks: Potential Weekly Gross of $13,000–$14,000
- Box Trucks: Potential Weekly Gross of $7,000–$8,000
These figures are not guaranteed and should not be interpreted as promises of income.
Actual gross revenue may vary based on market demand, freight availability, equipment type, operating region, lanes, carrier authority, and other business conditions.
Gross revenue does not represent net profit and does not account for dispatch fees, fuel, insurance, maintenance, wages, or other operating expenses.
6. Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers using our services are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid operating authority where required
- Carrying all legally required insurance
- Complying with applicable FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Maintaining safe and legally compliant vehicles
- Ensuring drivers have appropriate qualifications
- Following hours-of-service requirements
- Providing accurate information and required documents

TW Empireline Logistics does not assume the responsibilities of a motor carrier.
